- Rehearsal Material is sold singly or in sets
as required to stage the production.
- Such Rehearsal Material will either be available
in printed format or as a CD-ROM where customers
are licenced to print sufficient copies for
their own production.
- Every effort is made to ensure consistency
within sets of scripts or scores supplied. However,
where corrections have been made to material
over time, customers may be presented with inconsistencies
in content, and it may not be obvious which
is the updated version. Plays And Musicals will
resolve any such problems on request.

- Where available these are subject to a minimum
two month hire period at the monthly charges
shown.
- Some Band Parts may be provided as copies
of hand written scores.

- Scripts and Scores.
Payment should accompany a customers Purchase
Order.
- Royalties.
Payment is due no later than six weeks before
the first performance.
- Band Parts.
Payment is due for the minimum two month hire
charge on receipt of a customers rental Purchase
Order.
- Backing Tapes and
CD's (where sold separately). Payment
is due on receipt of a customers Purchase Order.

- Plays And Musicals may where required and
at its sole discretion grant a performing licence
to organisations wishing to perform a show from
within its catalogue. Such a grant forms a binding
contract between the customer and Plays And
Musicals.
- Applications must be submitted on a Performance
Application Form available from Plays And
Musicals.
- Approved applications will be despatched
by first class post (or together with rehearsal
material) to the address given on the application
form by the requesting organisation.
- Rehearsals may not start on any play or musical
until receipt by the producing organisation
of an approved performance application.
- Performing Licences granted permit the staging
live performances, they DO NOT permit the recording
of such live performances in any form of mechanical
or electronic retrievable storage system. A
separate licence for such recordings is available
on request.

- Return
Of Purchased Material
|
- If a customer is not satisfied with the material
purchased for any reason, Plays And Musicals
will provide a full refund of the purchase price
plus costs of return, IF a) the material is
returned within 7 (seven) days of receipt, b)
all the material is undamaged, and c) the reason
for dissatisfaction is provided.
- Please Note - this policy only applies to
customers resident in Europe. Other customers
should contact Plays And Musicals.

- The rights of the contributing playwrights
and composers to be identified as the author(s)
of their individual works described in this
website has been asserted by them in accordance
with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act
1988. All rights reserved.
- This website has as far as is possible used
only images and text that are either in the
public domain, that have been licensed for use
by Plays And Musicals, or are part of the agency
agreement with its playwrights or composers.
